APMP 40 Under 40 Awards for Peter Blunden and Nicole Coleman
We’re delighted to announce that BidWrite’s GM – Growth Peter Blunden and Senior Consultant Nicole Coleman have both won APMP 40 Under 40 Awards for 2024.
The APMP 40 Under 40 Awards recognise up-and-coming proposal management professionals who have made a noticeable impact on our profession. With hundreds of nominees from around the world, all of whom are younger than 40 years old, the awards committee selects just 40 individual winners.
Announced at the online 2024 APMP Honours Gala on December 12th, the winning class of 2024 features bidding experts noted for winning big tenders, giving back to their communities, and going above and beyond in positioning their bid teams for success.
Impactful in the industry – and at BidWrite
BidWrite submitted nominations for Pete and Nicole to acknowledge their professional accomplishments and contributions to the bidding industry.
For Pete Blunden, these contributions include his extensive experience in strategy and capture management, providing BidWrite clients with improved methodologies to enhance their probability of winning contracts (P-Win), and implementing ‘left-shifting’ services that proactively address the challenges of reactive bidding.
Nicole Coleman’s bidding acumen was recognised as far back as 2019 when she was promoted to Senior Consultant – at that time the youngest BidWrite staff member to ever achieve this. Since then, her key accomplishments include developing and implementing a comprehensive in-house quality management process, earning her APMP Practitioner certification, and co-delivering an Executive Summary presentation at the 2024 APMP ANZ chapter conference.
As colleagues, we see all the hard work and dedication that’s led to such a prestigious, globally recognised award.
