BidWrite is Asia Pacific’s First APMP Accredited Training Organisation
The Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP), announced this week that BidWrite has become their first Approved Training Organisation (ATO) in the Asia Pacific region and tenth APMP ATO globally.
This achievement for BidWrite comes after three years delivering APMP-Foundation level training to proposal professionals across Australia and New Zealand under the guidance of UK ATO Strategic Proposals.
APMP certification is the only global standard for developing and demonstrating proposal management competency.
Rick Harris, Executive Director of APMP said, “there is no doubt that this announcement continues to support APMP’s extraordinary worldwide reach”.
BidWrite Director and lead trainer, Nigel Dennis said, “This is a significant achievement for the proposal profession in our region as we continue to build APMP certification awareness and professional development in Asia Pacific.
“We believe APMP certification is the best way for individuals and organisations to develop internationally recognised, high-level competence in formal bidding practices.
“We are very pleased to be part of the worldwide team that can help bid professionals achieve that recognition and bidding success.”
BidWrite also leads by example given it has the largest number of APMP certified consultants of any company in Asia Pacific, is an APMP Gold Level Corporate Member and has been a strong APMP advocate since it commenced operations in 2008.
In addition to assisting hundreds of organisations to win business through live tender support and ongoing training for a decade, BidWrite has been a strong advocate for development of the profession through board involvement at national and international levels.
In particular, Nigel has been actively investing time in the APMP for many years as a former international board member, with strong local chapter representation and as an APMP Fellow.
Next month BidWrite will make its 10th consecutive appearance at Bid & Proposal Con, to be held in New Orleans.
